Shipping & Returns

We accept returns, exchanges, or store credit on any unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our returns portal is currently being redesigned. For the fastest return or exchange, please complete return form and include it in your parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, simply include a note with your order number inside the package. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with secure tracking. A tracking link will be emailed once your order is processed. UK delivery typically takes 2–3 days, while international orders arrive within 5–7 days. 

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive. When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
