Christmas Delivery Deadline:
For all UK Christmas orders, please place your order by Tuesday 23rd December, 14:00 for guaranteed delivery. For the rest of the world, please place your order by Tuesday 16th December.
Christmas Returns Policy:
Items ordered online between Monday 24th November 2025 and Thursday 25th December 2025 can be returned up to and including Monday 5th January 2026.

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive. When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
